The south wall of the high school was the last to be repaired, and time was running short.

The inside was protected by floor covering and partitions.

A large crew reframed the entire wall on a long Saturday.

The school maintenance personnel also sacrificed there weekends to accommodate the tight schedule.

By lunch all of the studs but two were replaced

In spite of working long our six days a week Jeff still manages to keep his hair neatly trimmed.

Studs were cut off six at a time.  The studs were being replaced at one side, while studs were being cut at the other.

The work resembled an assembly-line.

The new sheathing and insulation went up after in the afternoon

The long hours paid off. The last of the classrooms were ready for the students 49 days after the project began.
